Since all products from The Heart Department are handcrafted, PLEASE NOTE that the measurements listed are approximate. Naturally, products will have saw marks and minor cracks and crevices in the wood. These are intentionally left in and are a normal part of the aesthetic. Also, while we do our best to capture the true colors in the photos, you can expect some minor deviations.

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Most items are eligible for returns. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery for an equal exchange or full refund of the merchandise cost. Items must be shipped back to The Heart Department within 14 days of delivery

Because of the nature of some products, Please note that we cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear, digital downloads, custom or personalized products. Please also note that the customer will pay return shipping.
